Refunds

You may cancel your account and receive a full refund of any iDeal Card membership fees paid directly to iDeal Card within 30 days of purchase by mailing us a signed written request along with your iDeal Card.

A refund check will be mailed within 3 business days and made payable to the individual at the address on file at the time of receipt for the activated iDeal Card.
